Kerri Herby is by far the BEST real estate agent that we have ever worked with. We've owned personal and investment properties in CA, KY, CO and now Cape Coral, FL and I've never met a more knowledgeable, personable, conscientious and truly caring agent. She listens and not only recommends properties that are relevant, but she's also very creative and thinks outside the box. Within minutes of meeting her, it's like being with an old friend. She follows up and follows through, not satisfied until the client is 100% happy. If you are shopping for a property in SWFL, I absolutely recommend you reach out to Robert Guth at RE/MAX Trend! My husband and I were in search of a retirement home in SWFL. Living our whole lives in the North East, we did not know much about the area, but we fell in love with the Gulf Coast on our first visit and just knew we wanted to retire somewhere that was within a 30 minute drive to the beautiful and fun beach towns. Rob’s help in our search was invaluable! He was very responsive to our calls and emails, knowledgeable about the area, and clearly had a lot of experience. He helped narrow our search to match our needs and wants. When we were unable to view a property in person, Rob did an amazing job taking us on virtual tours. He provided details that are difficult to appreciate on a video screen such as the overall condition of the property, cleanliness, smell, the state of the appliances, the rate at which the air conditioner cooled, the noise level in the community, and the status of the surrounding neighborhood. When we were able to view in person, there were no unpleasant surprises. Rob was a great advocate and helped us through the entire process from start to finish. We trusted Rob without any doubt as it was easy to see that he truly had our best interests as his top priority. With Rob’s help, we found a beautiful place, in a quiet community, with a lovely tropical landscape and all the amenities we were hoping for. We worked with Michael Richardson for several months looking for a vacation rental property. Michael was very professional and energetic to work with. In this very competitive market, Michael had some creative ways to get our offers noticed, allowing us to "win" in multiple offer situations. He was patient with us when we decided to back out of the first deal due to inspection issues. He continued to show us many homes until we found the perfect one. As a native to Cape Coral he has many connections with excellent service providers which has been extremely helpful for us. We highly recommend Michael Richardson as a top notch agent.

Mike Kase was our real estate agent when we were looking for a home in Cape Coral. We were doing our search from up in New England and needed to rely on Mike to go to the properties that interested us and thoroughly check them out. We really worked him hard, checking out about a dozen homes before we found the right one. Mike never complained as we asked him countless questions about each property. When it came time to make the purchase, he helped make the process go smoothly via mail and the internet so that we could complete the entire transaction remotely. He did a terrific job for us. We highly recommend Rob Guth. Our friend and neighbor recommended him when he sold their house. The best way to describe him is that he is everything that you would expect from a real estate agent, and then some. He was born and raised in the area, and was a wealth of knowledge. He service was superb. His knowledge of real estate was astounding. He helped us sell our waterfront home, and then helped us buy our new home in Babcock Ranch. We felt that we were always in good hands, and that he was one step ahead of the other agent. If we could give him 6 stars, he'd deserve it. Even when I felt stressed and moody, he hung in there and put up with me. And the promises he made came true. We are in our 70's, and had started to think that integrity and principles were no longer important to some, but Rob has the traditional values you admire.

It’s unfortunate when professionalism isn’t reciprocated. At Infinite Electric & Air, we prioritize safety and quality. For some jobs, not all jobs, we require that a circuit is properly diagnosed before providing an estimate, especially when it comes to pool equipment. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our team. Unfortunately, Christine Maier, a realtor at this office, was unwilling to pay the standard $249 diagnostic fee, yet still expected us to provide a quote. When we explained our policy, they chose to leave a negative review rather than respect how we operate our business. We believe in fair, transparent service and working with clients who value professionalism. We wish them the best in their future endeavors but stand by our commitment to doing business the right way. I’m going to save you the time of searching for other realtors in Lee County. We had the amazing pleasure of working with Christine Maier. We were out of state investors on a tight timeline selling our home in Cape Coral. Christine assisted us every step on the way with daily updates and always a warm and positive attitude. A 5 Star rating is not enough! If you are buying or selling in the Lee County area, give her a call it will be worth your time.

Rob Guth......just "wow." We had wanted to sell our south florida vaction rental home for months......but when we talked to other realtors they told us "nothing is moving right now - just hold tight on listing".....meanwhile our home's value continued to diminish by the day. So, when we first connected with Rob Guth, the conversation with him was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly knowledgable and transparent about his process and what we could expect. He sent me the list of action steps he would take to sell our home.....it was a list as long as my arm. I was sold.....THIS is "our guy." Rob was easy to communicate with, responsive, and so helpful (calls, texts, emails....weekends, after hours.....the guy was on it!) Ours was difficult for scheduling showings to avoid disruiptions to our short-term rental guest schedule. The very first date the home was available Rob got professional photos taken - and started marketing our home. The virtual views and saves went through the roof immediately across all real estate platforms! Our listing had more virtual traffic in the opening weekend than other similar local properties had over 90 days. The very next date available for showing, we had potential buyers taking tours. Rob generated so much interest, we were having to turn down showings to not disrupt our vacation rental guests. TWO WEEKS from the first showing we had an incredible offer. That is a miracle in this market. We accepted the offer and we closed 3 days after our final short-term rental guests checked out. Perfect! NONE of that would have been accomplished without Rob. We even ran into a legal snag with an unscrupulous service provider trying to disrupt the close.....Rob swings into action, connecting me with trusted legal counsel, and thanks to their swift assistance, the legal snag became a complete non-issue. Rob, is a superhero in our book......and a real life answer to prayer. He did what others said would be impossible.
